For Dealers  ·  Add-Ons

Extend Your Website When Your Business Demands More

Additional capabilities that solve specific operational challenges, without forcing every dealer to pay for features they don't need.

TSG operates two tiers: Pro and Charter. Most dealers start on Pro, and most run successfully on Pro alone. Pro handles day-to-day operations, keeps your catalog current, runs the 40 to 60 manufacturer promotions automatically each year, includes three Manufacturer Packs, includes Search Authority Engine, and maintains the system your business depends on.

But some situations extend beyond what Pro covers by default: onboarding a fourth manufacturer, running custom promotions, selling configured safes, or carrying Fort Knox with full configuration. These trigger add-ons. Add-ons exist so Pro dealers don't pay for capabilities they don't use, while dealers who need several have a coherent route to Charter.

How It Works

How Working With TSG Is Structured

Every TSG relationship has the same two-part structure.

Your Tier (Pro or Charter)

Runs the Dealer Authority System: daily operation, setup to get you live, catalog updates, automatic manufacturer promotion handling, Authority Profile content, and standard support. Tier pricing covers setup as part of the relationship.

Add-Ons (When Needed)

Extend the system when your business needs capabilities beyond what the tier provides. You don't start with everything. You add capabilities only when they apply to your business.

Common Situations

Four Situations Where Add-Ons Make Sense

Add-ons aren't decided theoretically. They're triggered by specific things happening in your business. These are the four we see most often.

Adding a New Manufacturer

You've signed on a new brand. A rushed launch creates inconsistent product data and customer questions your team answers by phone. Done correctly, a new line integrates cleanly and earns from day one.

Manufacturer Product Upload Pack →

Running Your Own Promotions

Promotions beyond manufacturer campaigns need coordination. Without it, banners stay live after the sale ends and offers conflict. Your credibility erodes quietly until customers stop trusting what they see.

Promotion Engine →

Building Long-Term Visibility

You want to show up when customers research safes online. If your expertise isn't visible where customers look first, someone else's is, and they form opinions before they ever find you.

Search Authority Engine (included in Pro & Charter) →

Selling Custom-Configured Safes

Fort Knox, AMSEC high-end, and certain vault doors require customers to configure multiple options. Standard product pages produce ordering errors and long clarification calls. Configuration support makes them guided buying experiences.

SafeBuilder (requires Pro or Charter) →
Available Capabilities

What Each Add-On Delivers

Each capability solves a specific operational challenge. Some are one-time, some ongoing. A few are included in Pro by default; several are included in Charter by default.

Investment Picture

What Most Dealers Actually Spend

First-year investment scales with the complexity of your business. Most dealers fall into one of three levels, anchored by the Pro or Charter tier baseline. You pay for capabilities you actually use.

Level 1 · Core Pro Dealer
$41,000 first year

Covers everything most independent dealers need: setup, 3 included Packs, SAE, SafeBuilder eligibility, automatic promotion handling, Authority Profile content, support.

$5,000 setup + $3,000/mo × 12
Best for 1 to 3 brands from Small/Mid/Large tiers.
Level 2 · Expanded Pro Dealer
$45K–65K first year

Pro baseline plus extensions for dealers who need more than the core 3 Packs, carry configurator lines, or run custom promotions through the year.

$41,000 + additional/Advanced Packs + SafeBuilder + Promotion Engine as used
Best for 4+ brands or premium configurator lines.
Level 3 · Charter Partnership
$82,000 first year

Everything in Levels 1 and 2 included: unlimited Packs, all SafeBuilder variants, Promotion Engine, SAE. Plus custom design, direct strategic access, priority execution, annual on-site session.

$10,000 setup + $6,000/mo × 12, no add-on fees
Capped at 6 to 10 active partners.
Common Combinations

Add-Ons Rarely Live Alone

Certain situations trigger more than one add-on at once. Knowing which combine helps you plan total investment upfront.

Launching a New Premium Line

Additional Pack (Large or Advanced) + SafeBuilder setup. Premium safes almost always require configuration, so the Pack alone won't represent the products correctly.

Adding a Brand During a Sales Push

Additional Pack + Promotion Engine. New-line launches often include an introductory promotion. Coordinated execution from day one protects the launch.

Building Full Online Presence

Search Authority Engine + Promotion Engine. Authority brings customers in; promotion execution converts them. Note: SAE is already included in Pro and Charter, so only Promotion Engine adds cost for Pro dealers.

Migrating From an Existing Website

Pro or Charter tier (setup bundled) + any Advanced Packs. Migration is handled within tier setup. Advanced Packs apply only for Fort Knox with full configurator or AMSEC full catalog.

What Dealers Experience

A System That Grows With Your Business

The add-on model works the way good pricing works: add-ons are used only when they apply, costs are predictable because scope is clearly defined, nothing is bundled that isn't needed, and nothing that's needed goes unaddressed.

Predictable costs, scaled to your actual business

Clearly defined scope: you know exactly what each add-on covers

Structured expansion: add capabilities when the situation triggers them, not before

No hidden complexity: the system stays clean as your business grows
